Aging Process

This product is matured in ex-bourbon oak for no

less than 2 years to introduce vanilla and spice

flavors while mellowing out some of the funkiness of

our white rum.

A harmonious evolution of the white rum's character, riper fruit notes - beautifully complemented by warm spices like vanilla, cinnamon, and a subtle oak influence.

Ideal Serves

Best enjoyed neat, with a single large ice cube, or as the sophisticated foundation for a classic Rum Old Fashioned or a refined Rum Manhattan.
